FAISALABAD, Jan 15 (APP):A delegation of Women Chamber of Commerce and Industry Faisalabad (WCCIF) called on City Police Officer (CPO) Kamran Adil at the police lines community engagement centre, here on Wednesday.
The delegation was informed about police measures and women’s safety. The delegation comprised of President Shahida Aftab, Senior President Christina Peter, Vice President Maimunah Imran and others. SHO Women Gulnaz, Friends of Police In-charge Sub-Inspector Farah Batool were also present.
According to a spokesperson here, CPO Kamran Adil introduced the delegation’s members about various departments of the police department including Khidmat Markaz, Police Community Engagement Center, Meesaq Center, Tahafz Center, Cyber Crime, Women Safety, Friends of Police, Child Abuse and others.
Later, the delegation was taken to the Police Community Engagement Center and Shahid Art Gallery, Women Police Station, Khidmat Markaz Police Station and the Virtual Police Station offices and briefed them. CPO presented a shield to the office bearers of the chamber.
