FAISALABAD, Oct 16 (APP): Managing Director (MD) Water and Sanitation Agency Sohail Qadir Cheema inaugurated the WASA and the consultant office at the French Project Phase-II site here on Thursday.
In this regard, a ceremony was held in which the MD WASA was the chief guest, while DMD Admin Shoaib Rashid, DMD Engineering and Project Director Saqib Raza and other officers were also present on the occasion.
MD reviewed the quality of construction work at the project site and said that with the completion of surface water treatment plant phase II, about 30 million gallons of clean drinking water will be provided to the citizens on a daily basis.
He instructed that the pace of construction work at the project site should be further accelerated and it should be completed according to the set timeframe.
