FAISALABAD, Aug 13 (APP):Water & Sanitation Agency (WASA) has arranged a special “Dua” in its mosque after Zuhr prayer for martyrs of Pakistan Movement to mark 77th Jashan-e-Azadi, here on Tuesday.
Managing Director (WASA) Aamer Aziz presided over the Dua sitting while prayer leader of WASA Mosque Maulana Amir Naveed offered special Dua for departed souls of the martyrs of Pakistan Movement in addition to the solidarity, integrity, progress and prosperity of Pakistan.
Speaking on the occasion, Managing Director WASA Aamer Aziz paid tributes to the Pak armed forces and said that Army Jawans in real sense defended the country at its all boundaries by foiling nefarious designs of the anti state elements.
He said, “Pakistan was achieved after great sacrifices and now we should protect its sovereignty at all costs in addition to playing proactive role for its progress and prosperity.”
Director I&C Muhammad Iqbal Malik and others were also present on the occasion.
