RAWALPINDI, Jul 21 (APP):Police conducted a successful operation on Monday, arresting a dealer involved in the illegal refilling of gas cylinders.
During the crackdown, police also seized gas refilling equipment from his possession.
A case has been registered against the accused, with further investigations in progress.
The operation was carried out under in the supervision of SP Potohar Division, Talha Wali, who stated that those endangering public safety through such illegal activities will not evade the law.
He urged the public to report any suspicious activities related to unauthorized refilling businesses, in order to prevent fatal accidents.
The action is part of ongoing efforts to clamp down on illegal gas refilling operations which pose significant risks.
