HYDERABAD, Jul 08 (APP):The officials of UNICEF and Sindh Social Welfare Department visited the office of Rescue 1123 on Wednesday to review the range of services which are being offered by that organisation.
The spokesman Dilbar Halepoto informed that UNICEF’s Ambreen Mastoi and the Social Welfare’s Sheeza were given a detailed briefing by Emergency Officer Roshan Ali Mahesar.
He apprised them about fire fighting, medical emergencies, urban search and rescue, disaster response and other services which they were providing.
He added that they were also dealing with emergency complaints pertaining to gender based violence and child protection.
The two officials appreciated the services which were being offered by Rescue 1122 and assured of their complete cooperation.
