LAHORE, Apr 26 (APP): The University of Education (UE), Lahore on Saturday achieved a significant milestone by being ranked among the top 600 universities in Asia,according to the Times Higher Education (THE) World University Rankings 2025, which evaluated institutions across 35 Asian countries.
According to spokesperson,the university also secured the 29th position nationally within Pakistan.
The report highlights notable progress by the university in key performance areas such as research,teaching quality, and global industrial engagement, reflecting a consistent upward trajectory from the previous year.
Vice Chancellor (VC) Professor Dr. Aqif Anwar Chaudhry congratulated the faculty, administrative staff and students on this remarkable accomplishment.
He emphasized that the University of Education (UE) holds a prominent place in terms of student enrollment and geographical footprint, making it one of the largest and most respected institutions in the country.
Dr. Chaudhry further noted that the University’s growing international recognition is evident in the increasing enrollment of foreign students, underscoring its rising global reputation and academic excellence.
