ISLAMABAD, Aug 24 (APP):The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) has rescinded Bismillah Khan’s winning status for Ward no 1 in Union Council no 18, District Chaman, Balochistan province.
According to a notification issued by ECP, the commission has declared Rehmatullah, son of Abdul Haq, as the new victor for the general seat in that ward and council.
The decision has been undertaken following the judgment of the Balochistan High Court dated August 4, 2023.
