RAWALPINDI, Dec 30 (APP): The New Town Police arrested a two-member gang involved in street crimes and motorcycle thefts, recovering two snatched mobile phones and Rs42,000 obtained from the sale of stolen motorcycles and phones.
A Rawalpindi Police spokesman said on Tuesday the operation was carried out following intelligence about the gang’s activities in the area.
Superintendent of Police Rawal Saad Arshad said the arrested individuals would be challaned in court with solid evidence. He warned that anyone depriving citizens of their valuable possessions could not escape the law.
