VEHARI, Feb 23 (APP):Two siblings were died and three others injured in a tragic collision involving a motorcycle,rickshaw and tractor-trolley near Mohsin Shah Bridge on Laddan road on Monday.
According to Rescue 1122, five people were riding a single motorcycle when it first collided with a rickshaw near the bridge. The impact caused them to fall onto the road. Moments later, a tractor-trolley coming from behind lost control and ran over the victims.
As a result, Hasnain(20) and his sister Sidra(9) sustained severe head injuries and died on the spot.The injured were identified as Zarina Bibi(40),Noreen(14) and Merhan(6).
Rescue teams reached the scene promptly,provided first aid and shifted the injured and the bodies to the District Headquarters Hospital.
The driver of the tractor-trolley fled the scene, while police have launched an investigation into the incident.
