MUZAFFARGARH, Nov 28 (APP):A road accident claimed the lives of two brothers when a speeding car collided with a motorcycle near Village 90/ML in Tehsil Karor Lal Esan.
According to Rescue 1122 sources, 52-year old Muhammad Shakeel, along with his brother Muhammad Naseer (50), were heading towards Head Taunsa when a car struck their motorcycle from behind.
As a result, Muhammad Shakil, a resident of 90-ML, died on the spot. His brother, Muhammad Naseer, sustained critical injuries and was immediately shifted to a hospital by a Rescue 1122 team. However, he succumbed to his injuries shortly after reaching the facility.
Eyewitnesses said the accident occurred due to overspeeding by car. Police have taken the car into custody and initiated legal proceedings.
