RAWALPINDI, Feb 13 (APP):The Rawalpindi Police carried out a crackdown against kite suppliers on the directives of City Police Officer (CPO) Syed Khalid Mahmood Hamdani, arresting three individuals and seizing more than 1,100 kites and 46 reels of string.
According to a police spokesman on Friday, the Race Course Police held two suspects and recovered 1,030 kites and 42 reels, while the Waris Khan Police detained one individual with 105 kites and four reels.
Separate cases were registered against all those arrested.
