DERA ISMAIL KHAN, Jan 19 (APP):Three members of a family, including a husband, wife, and their teenage son, lost their lives due to a gas leak inside their home near Qasuria Chowk, within the limits of City Police Station.
According to details, the tragic incident occurred at the residence of Muhammad Bilal, where gas leakage caused suffocation, resulting in the deaths of 45-year-old Muhammad Bilal son of Faizullah, his 17-year-old son Shamoon, and his 44-year-old wife, Sameena Bibi. All three were found unconscious inside the house.
Upon receiving information, Rescue 1122 teams rushed to the scene and shifted the bodies to the hospital. The funeral prayers of the deceased were later offered at the Qazianwali graveyard.
Police have termed the incident an accident caused by gas leakage, while further proceedings are underway.
