DERA ISMAIL KHAN, Jul 25 (APP):The Dera Police have arrested eight outlaws, including four thieves recovering Rs 80,000 cash from their possession.
According to a police spokesman, the district police, under the supervision of District Police Officer Sajjad Ahmad Sahibzada, continued its indiscriminate crackdown on criminal elements.
He said a team of Shorkot Police led by SDPO Suburbs Circle Syed Sagheer Abbas Gilani and SHO Iftikhar Ahmad Khan arrested eight proclaimed offenders, including four suspects involved in theft cases.
The arrested individuals including Rajjab Ali, Tariq, Muhammad Bilal, and Arshad alias Jani were wanted to police in theft cases. The police recovered Rs 80,000 in proceeds from the stolen property.
Additionally, four other absconders wanted in separate cases, including Rehmatullah, Ismatullah, Muhammad Ramzan, and Imran Ali, were also apprehended.
The police started further investigation of the arrested accused.
