Tax money to be spent on mass public welfare projects in AJK: PM Anwar-ul-Haq

MIRPUR, Aug 08 (APP): Azad Jammu and Kashmir Prime Minister Chudhary Anwar ul Haq Thursday said that all resources would be utilized to fulfill the mission of serving people and providing them with basic amenities of life.

He said this while speaking to a representative delegation from Mang-Sudhnoti that called on him under the leadership of Minister for TEVTA Sardar Amir Altaf Khan in the state metropolis.

The delegation was comprised of Maulana Muhammad Saeed Khan, former chairman Sardar Tanveer Khadim, district councilor Sardar Iftikhar, district councilor Sardar Shaukat Ali, Sardar Mumtaz Hussain, Sardar Zulfikar Hussain, Maulana Hafeezur Rahman, Sardar Maruf Hussain, Sardar Rashid Kabir, and Maulana Masood Saeed.

Speaking on the occasion, the PM said that tax money would be spent on public welfare in a transparent manner. He said that every citizen of the state has an important role and responsibility to strengthen the state’s system.

The PM said that the government would not allow anyone to weaken the system or spread anarchy under the garb of rights.

He said that people need to realize that the atmosphere of chaos and anarchy in the state serves none but those who don’t want peace and stability in the liberated territory.

Speaking to the delegation, Prime Minister Haq said that providing education, health, employment, and other facilities to the masses was the primary responsibility of the government, which he said would be fulfilled despite all odds.

The visiting delegation paid tribute to the Prime Minister for his people-friendly policies and his commitment to people’s welfare.

Meanwhile, another delegation from Dhirkot, led by former advisor Raja Mubasher Ejaz, called on Prime Minister Chaudhry Anwar ul Haq at the Prime Minister’s Secretariat.

The delegation was comprised of Raja Muhammad Saud, Raja Zahoor Ahmad, Raja Abid Ali Abid, Nair Ashraf, Raja Idris, and Sarim Farooq.
