BAHAWALPUR, Nov 01 (APP):A suspect arrested for the murder of a girl in Yazman tehsil, killed in crossfire, here on Saturday.
According to a spokesperson, police identified the victim namely as Rabia Bibi (10), whose body was found in a field near her home in Chak No. DB/110.
The suspect was killed by bullets fired by his own accomplices, officials added.
The suspect, Shaam Alias Pauli, a neighbor of the girl was arrested after an FIR was registered at Yazman Sadar police station.
The murderer Sham was being taken for evidence recovery when his accomplices opened fire.
