LAHORE, Jul 22 (APP):The Virtual Women police station on Monday arrested an accused involved in an attempt to assault a girl.
An elderly hostel warden tried to harass a student residing in a private hostel in Thokar Niaz Baig. The girl’s brother filed a harassment complaint on the police 15 helpline. The elderly hostel warden tried to assault and harass the girl.
On information, the Virtual Women police reached the scene and took the suspect into custody. The safe cities spokesperson said that the Virtual Women police station was committed to ensuring women’s protection. Women may obtain immediate assistance by calling 15 or through the Women Safety App.
