HYDERABAD, Jun 16 (APP):The spokesperson of the University of Sindh has strongly refuted a fake and fabricated timetable for second semester examinations currently circulating on social media, terming it a deliberate attempt to mislead students and create unnecessary confusion.
In a statement issued here by the university’s spokesman on late Sunday night, it was categorically clarified that no such timetable has been officially released and the one being shared online is “completely baseless, fake and misleading.”
He advised students and concerned individuals to completely disregard the circulating document and await official announcements through the university’s verified platforms.
He further warned that stern action could be taken against individuals involved in creating and disseminating the fake information about the University. He stated that the university reserves the right to initiate legal proceedings under the relevant cybercrime laws against the individuals creating confusion among students through such misinformation.
