HYDERABAD, Jul 15 (APP):The Sanghar District Police had implemented foolproof security measures for Muharram ul Haram processions and majalis across the district.
In this regard, SSP Sanghar Ghulam Nabi Keerio visited Tando Adam and inspected various Imam Bargahs, procession routes and locations of majalis, assessing the security arrangements.
He met with police personnel on duty, highlighting the sensitivity of their responsibilities and instructing them to remain vigilant.
During his visit to Aza Khana-e-Zehra Jumman Shah, he met with religious leaders and organizers of processions and majalis, discussing the security measures. SSP Keerio listened to the suggestions from the organizers regarding security arrangements and issued orders to the present police officers accordingly.
Later, talking to the media, SSP Sanghar mentioned that the district police were diligently working to maintain peace and provide foolproof security during processions and majalis.
Rangers have also been deployed with the police, while army personnel are on standby to ensure the security measures during these days, he said.
DSP Tando Adam Dr. Muhammad Moosa Abro briefed the SSP on the security arrangements.
