RAWALPINDI, Aug 12 (APP):Senior Superintendent of Police (Investigation) Zunaira Azfar on Monday chaired a meeting at the Police Lines Headquarters to review the performance of the Crime Investigations Agency’s (CIA) staff.
The meeting was attended by Superintendent Police (SP), CIA, Taimoor Khan, Circle Incharges and CIA staff.
Chairing the meeting, SSP Zunaira Azfar emphasized the need to initiate crackdown against those involved in vehicle and motorcycle thefts, mobile snatching, and organized crime.
She stressed that operations should be carried out with an effective strategy to curb these criminal activities.
SSP Zunaira highlighted the crucial role of the CIA staff in preventing crimes and breaking up criminal networks.
She called for the Organized Crime Cell to be made more active and effective in targeting these social elements.
Ensuring the safety of citizens and maintaining law and order is the top priority, and all available resources will be utilized to achieve this goal, she added.
