SSP operations stresses courtesy, safety in meeting with moharars

ISLAMABAD, Jan 24 (APP):Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Operations/Investigation Muhammad Arsalan Shahzeb convened a meeting on Friday with Moharars (clerks who work in police stations) from across the district, emphasizing the importance of courteous behavior toward citizens, especially women and elderly individuals.
A public relations officer told APP that SSP Muhammad Arsalan Shahzeb directed the Moharars to ensure the safety and security of citizens’ lives and property while maintaining peace and order. “Treat citizens with respect and empathy,” he said, adding that protecting the vulnerable and addressing grievances with sincerity is a fundamental duty of the police force.
SSP Shahzeb further highlighted that officers must exhibit professionalism and positivity to uphold the reputation of the department.
“Perform your duties with honesty and dedication. Outstanding performance will be rewarded, while negligence will result in strict departmental action,” he noted.
The SSP reiterated that safeguarding citizens’ lives and property remains the top priority of the police, and no negligence in this regard will be tolerated.
