SSP operations holds open court to address public grievances

RAWALPINDI, Jun 30 (APP):Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Operations, Malik Tariq Mehboob held an open court here on Tuesday at Police Lines Headquarters to address public complaints and issued directives to concerned officers for their timely resolution.

During the proceedings, the SSP ordered that all marked applications must be processed within the stipulated timeframe, ensuring legal action in accordance with the law.

He emphasized that any negligence in the prompt resolution of citizens’ issues would not be tolerated. He further directed officers to ensure improved service delivery at police stations at all times, stating that protecting the lives and property of citizens and providing them with better facilities remained a top priority in line with the vision of the Chief Minister of Punjab. The SSP reiterated that all necessary measures were being taken to strengthen public service delivery.
