SSP Operations holds Open Court to address public complaints
RAWALPINDI, Sep 14 (APP):Senior Superintendent of Police SSP Operations Malik Tariq Mehboob held an open court at the Police Lines Headquarters to address public complaints and issued directions to the relevant officers for their prompt resolution.
During the open court, the SSP directed concerned officers to ensure that legal action on applications marked to them was taken within the stipulated timeframe.
He warned that negligence in resolving citizens’ problems would not be tolerated and instructed police officers to ensure the provision of quality and efficient services to citizens at police stations at all times.
Malik Tariq Mehboob said that protecting the lives and property of citizens and providing them with necessary facilities were among the top priorities under the Punjab chief minister’s vision.
He directed the concerned officers to follow up on the complaints and ensure that citizens received timely relief in accordance with the law.
The open court was part of the Rawalpindi Police’s efforts to improve public access to senior officers, address grievances and strengthen service delivery at police stations.
