SSP Investigation holds open court to address public complaints
RAWALPINDI, Sep 11 (APP):Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Investigation Saifullah here on Friday held an open court to address public complaints at the Police Lines Headquarters and issued directives to the concerned officers for their prompt resolution.
During the open court, SSP Investigation Saifullah directed the relevant officers to ensure that legal action on marked applications is completed within the stipulated timeframe.
He stressed that negligence would not be tolerated in the prompt resolution of citizens’ grievances and directed officers to ensure efficient service delivery to the public at police stations at all times.
SSP Saifullah said that, in accordance with the vision of the Punjab Chief Minister, protecting the lives and property of citizens and providing them with necessary facilities remains a top priority.
He further directed the concerned officers to take all necessary measures to address public complaints promptly and ensure effective service delivery.
