SARGODHA, Aug 09 (APP):The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education(BISE) Sargodha announced annual result 2024 of School Secondary Certificate part-1 (9th grade) on Friday.
The ceremony was attended by Director of Colleges Sarfaraz Gujjar, Secretary of the Board Abu Al-Hasan Naqvi, Controller of Examinations Riaz Qadeer Bhatti, and other board officials.
According to a press release issued by BISE office, a result announcing ceremony was held at board office in which chief guest Commissioner/Chairman BISE Muhammad Ajmal Bhatti officially unveiled the results online.
A total of 107,523 candidates appeared in the examination,out of which 47,288 students secured more than 33% marks. The overall pass percentage stood at 43.98%.
According to the results, 91,139 regular candidates appeared, with 41,176 passing. The pass percentage for regular students was 45.18%. On the other hand,16,348 private candidates took the exam and 6,112 passed, resulting in a pass percentage of 37.30%.
Among the candidates, 57,249 were boys and 20,024 were passed the exam and their total passing ratio was 34.98%.Meanwhile, 50,274 girls appeared, and 27,264 passed and total success ratio was 54.23%.
The Commissioner Bhatti congratulated the successful candidates and encouraged them to continue their studies with the same dedication.
He also advised those who couldn’t pass to work harder and turn their failures into successes.
