District Administration Gujrat and the education department organised a rally and human chain in solidarity with the Pakistan Army on the completion of one year of Marka-e-Haq (Bunyan-um-Marsoos), with participation from students, teachers, scouts, and citizens.
Solidarity rally held in Gujrat
GUJRAT, May 08 (APP):A rally and human chain were organised in Gujrat by the district administration and education department to express solidarity with the Pakistan Army on completion of one year of Marka-e-Haq (Bunyan-um-Marsoos).
Assistant Commissioner Gujrat Abdul Qadeer Zarqoon, Chief Executive Officer Education Akhtar Ali Khan, DEO Secondary Rubina Nasir and DEO Elementary Chaudhry Muhammad Farooq led the rally along with other officials.
The rally started from Jail Chowk and ended at Kutchery Chowk. A large number of students, teachers, scouts and citizens participated and raised slogans in support of the Pakistan Army.
Qari Muhammad Younis offered special prayers for the security and stability of the country and for the armed forces of Pakistan.
Speaking on the occasion, Abdul Qadeer Zarqoon said the entire nation stood with the Pakistan Army. Akhtar Ali Khan said the nation was proud of its armed forces for defending the country with courage and dedication.
