FAISALABAD, Oct 31 (APP):The district environment protection agency during an anti-smog campaign sealed a boiler of a sizing unit and imposed Rs 500,000 fine on its owner here on Friday.
The team headed by Deputy Director Usman Azhar checked the unit and found that substandard fuel was being utilized in the boiler which was polluting the environment.
The team took action against the owner under Environmental Protection (Smog Prevention and Control) rules.
