PESHAWAR, Nov 15 (APP): Qaumi Watan Party (QWP) Central Chairman and former Federal Interior Minister, Aftab Ahmed Khan Sherpao praised rapid action by law enforcement agencies that led to arrest of four facilitators following the recent suicide bombing in Islamabad.
In a statement issued here Saturday, Sherpao stressed that fight against militancy requires a deeper focus. He said that there is a need to track down facilitators and bring them to justice.
Extending his call to provincial administration, Aftab Sherpao urged Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government to adopt a similar proactive strategy. He emphasized that provincial authorities must intensify their focus on unearthing and neutralizing the networks that provide assistance and shelter to terrorists operating within Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
