SARGODHA, Oct 28 (APP): A Seerat-un-Nabi (SAW) conference was held at a private hotel on Club Road on Tuesday, presided over by Sultan Fayyaz-ul-Hassan Qadri, the custodian of Dargah Aalia Sultan Bahu (RA).
The event was hosted by Provincial Council Zakat and Ushr Chairman Rana Munawar Ghous, District President PML-N Ch. Abdul Razzaq Dhillon, former MNA Ch. Hamid Hameed, and President Naat Council Adv. Addressing the gathering, Pir Fayyaz-ul-Hassan Qadri emphasized the importance of firmly holding onto the rope of Allah and avoiding divisions in Muslims. He explained that the message of the Holy Prophet (SAW) was carried forward by the Companions and later by the saints and scholars, all of whom advocated for unity and steadfast faith. He stated that Pakistan is now in capable hands, with the Pakistan Army having successfully eradicated terrorism and restored peace. He pointed out that the establishment of Masjid Hussain (RA) at Dargah Aalia Sultan Bahu symbolizes the message of unity and adherence to Allah’s commands.
Qadri also informed the participants that the religious center currently oversees over 600 mosques and several educational institutions, where children are being taught the Holy Quran, Hadith, and contemporary subjects. “Our goal is to produce scholars and professionals who are equipped with both religious and modern education, ranging from matriculation to PhD levels,” he added.
MPA Rana Munawar Ghous also spoke, stressing that the life of the Holy Prophet (SAW) serves as a beacon of light for all Muslims. He urged the attendees to follow the teachings and guidelines of Hazrat Muhammad (SAW) to foster not only individual peace but also a harmonious and progressive society.
