RAWALPINDI, Jul 18 (APP):Secretary Price Control and Commodities Management Department (PC&CMD) Punjab Dr Ehsan Bhutta has said that promotion of economic activities are the top priority of the government.
The Business Facilitation Centers should provide maximum facilities to the stakeholders to start their business, he added.
The initiative would promote business activities in the province, he said was addressing the officers during his visit at Business Facilitation Center here.
Accompanied by Director General Punjab Food Authority Asim Javaid, Dr Bhutta undertook the visit of the visit on the directions of Punjab chief minister and chief secretary, a DPR news release said on Friday.
Both the officers checked in detail attendance of staff, cleanliness, facilities offered and also talked with clients present at the Business Facilitation Center.
Dr Ehsan Bhutta checked and reviewed performance of the Business Facilitation Center, and advised the staff to be more proactive.
He asked to convene meetings on monthly basis in Punjab Industries, Commerce & Investment Department to review performance of attached departments and issue appreciation letters to the well performing ones.
