Sargodha, Jul 22 (APP):Regional Police Officer (RPO) Muhammad Shahzad Asif Khan directed police personnel to demonstrate seriousness and courtesy in resolving citizen issues, ensuring transparent and timely service delivery.
He issued these directions during his visit to the Cantonment Police Station and Police Khidmat Center here on Tuesday. The visit aimed to review the facilities and services provided to citizens.
The RPO inspected the front desk, waiting room, lock-ups, and record room, assessing cleanliness, record-keeping, and citizen facilities.He reviewed the services provided, staff behavior, and service delivery standards at the Police Khidmat Center. He interacted with citizens at the Khidmat Center, gathering feedback on the services provided.
The RPO also visited the under-construction new traffic office site, directing that the construction work be completed soon.
