DERA ISMAIL KHAN, Oct 31 (APP):Regional Police Officer (RPO) Dera Syed Ashfaq Anwar has formally inaugurated construction work for new buildings of two police stations, reaffirming his commitment to modernize the police force and promote public-friendly policing.
The RPO inaugurated the construction of new buildings for Dera Town and Gomal University Police Stations where representatives from NESPAK were also present.
Speaking on the occasion, RPO Ashfaq Anwar said that enhancing police infrastructure and providing citizens with improved security and facilities are among his top priorities.
He emphasized that the new police stations, designed on modern architectural standards, will significantly boost police performance and help create a safer, more accessible environment for the public.
“These projects will strengthen the foundation of community-oriented policing by ensuring better working conditions for officers and a respectful, secure space for citizens,” he added.
The RPO assured that the construction work will be completed by ensuring quality and within the stipulated timeframe to make the stations operational as early as possible for public service.
