DG KHAN, Jul 12 (APP):The head of an inter-provincial dacoity gang, who was also wanted in four murder cases, was killed in a cross-fire with the police.
It has been reported that Falsa gang leader Naveed alias Falsa killed DG Khan, two in Bahawalpur and another in Muzaffarnagar while resisting robbery.
He was shot dead in Jhok Uttara police station limits.
When the police raided to arrest him, the dacoits along with the gang members started firing at the police.
As a result of which the police retaliated, killing him on the spot.
The police formed several teams and started raids to arrest the absconding accomplices of the slain dacoits.
The DPO assured to arrest of the absconding accused using modern techniques and equipment.
