Rescue 1122 Khanewal observes Black Day to express solidarity with Kashmiri people

KHANEWAL, Oct 27 (APP):Like the rest of the world, Rescue 1122 Khanewal observed Black Day on Sunday to condemn India’s illegal occupation of Jammu and Kashmir and express unwavering solidarity with the Kashmiri people.
A solidarity walk was organized under the leadership of District Emergency Officer Rescue 1122, Dr. Ijaz Anjum. The walk, which began at the Rescue Station, passed through Lahore Mor, and culminated back at the station, saw active participation from officers, rescuers, and Rescue Scouts.
During the event, Dr. Ijaz Anjum addressed the participants and stated that every citizen of Pakistan stands united against the oppression and atrocities being committed against the people of Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK). He reaffirmed Pakistan’s commitment, saying, “We will not rest until the Kashmiri people achieve their right to self-determination. Our slogan is one — Kashmir will become Pakistan.”
Rescue Safety Officer Muhammad Imtiaz further emphasized that the observance of Black Day was a powerful message to the world, showcasing Pakistan’s continuous moral support for Kashmir’s struggle for freedom.
The event concluded with special prayers offered for the martyrs of Kashmir, reaffirming the collective pledge to support the Kashmiri cause until justice is served.
