PESHAWAR, Jul 16 (APP):Following directives of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister’s Health Advisor, Ehtesham Ali, the registration process under the “Jwandoon OPD Card” initiative has officially commenced.
The program aims at providing free OPD (Outpatient Department) services to deserving families across the province.
To ensure widespread awareness, a public information campaign is actively underway in all tehsils of Mardan district.
According to the Health Advisor on Wednesday, the initiative to provide free OPD services was a longstanding demand, which is now being fullfilled by Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur through the launch of the Jwandoon Card.
Ehtesham Ali further informed that 60 government and private healthcare facilities in Mardan are being incorporated into the scheme. These centers will provide free OPD services to eligible beneficiaries. The program is expected to benefit more than 60,000 deserving families in the district.
Health department teams are currently working across all tehsils to register families and raise awareness about the program to ensure maximum participation and benefit for the underprivileged population.
