RAWALPINDI, Dec 29 (APP):The Health and Population Department of the Punjab Government has announced a recruitment drive for medical and administrative staff in district headquarters (DHQ) and tehsil headquarters (THQ) hospitals across the province.
“The recruitment is being carried out under the initiatives launched by the Punjab chief minister and aims to strengthen service delivery in public sector hospitals,” a Health Department spokesperson said on Monday.
The department, he said, was seeking qualified and experienced professionals for several key positions, including hospital administrators, clinical coordinators, consultants, anaesthesiologists, medical officers (male and female) and dental surgeons.
The spokesperson said appointments would be made on the basis of experience, with salaries offered under an experience-based banding structure.
He advised interested candidates to submit their applications through the Health Department’s official online portal at hspp.pshealthpunjab.gov.pk by January 10, 2026.
The spokesperson said the recruitment drive was part of broader efforts to improve healthcare services and ensure the availability of skilled human resources in DHQ and THQ hospitals across the province.
