RDA completes survey of dilapidated buildings in Clifton town

RAWALPINDI, Jul 29 (APP): On the directions of Director General (DG), Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA), Kinza Murtaza, the Enforcement Squad has completed a comprehensive survey of potentially dangerous buildings located in Clifton Town, Adayala Road.
Following this assessment, notices have been issued to the owners and residents of the identified dangerous structures, directing them to undertake essential safety and compliance measures in accordance with RDA regulations.
According to the RDA spokesman, this initiative is part of RDA’s ongoing efforts to ensure public safety and urban infrastructure integrity.
The authority urges all residents and property owners to fully cooperate and take immediate action to mitigate any risks.
RDA warns that failure to comply with the directives may result in legal action, while all affected individuals are encouraged to respond promptly in order to avoid penalties and contribute to a safer urban environment.
