HYDERABAD, Dec 18 (APP): Regional Director Ombudsman Shaheed Benazirabad, Khan Muhammad Zardari, visited Daulatpur Town in connection with redressal of a complaint regarding a mobile tower.
The initiative was taken on the directives of Provincial Ombudsman Sindh. Representatives of Sindh Building Control Authority, Town Officer, Town Committee Daulatpur, and Deputy Director, Environmental Protection Agency Shaheed Benazirabad, along with the complainant, the opposing party, and other concerned individuals were present on this occasion.
Speaking on the occasion, Regional Director Ombudsman Khan Muhammad Zardari said that, on the special instructions of Provincial Ombudsman, the visit to Daulatpur was carried out to address the complaint related to mobile tower.
RD said that an on-site inquiry was conducted in the presence of officers of relevant departments. He informed that all concerned institutions have been directed to submit a detailed report within one week regarding matters related to public health, environmental concerns and potential risks.
