RAWALPINDI, Jul 25 (APP):The Rawalpindi Police Friday nabbed 27 law breakers, including a liquor supplier, illegal arm owners, Tenancy Act violators and other accused from across the district.
According to a police spokesman, the Cantt Police detained an accused recovering 6 litres of liquor from him.
Similarly, the Naseerabad and Dhamial Police held three accused each and the Pirwadhai Police captured an accused with illegal weapons and ammunition.
Likewise, 16 persons were taken into custody by the Banni, Pirwadhai and Cantt Police for the violation of the Tenancy Act.
The Ratta Amral Police also arrested two accused recovering electricity wires stolen from a citizen’s house.
Meanwhile, the Gujar Khan Police caught an accused with fireworks, including 50 bombs and 30 shells.
