RAWALPINDI, Mar 05 (APP):The Rawalpindi Police arrested two drug suppliers and recovered over three kilograms of charas in separate operations, a spokesman said Thursday.
The Waris Khan Police took one individual into custody and recovered 1.73 kilograms of charas, while the Kallar Syedan Police arrested another suspect and seized 1.7 kilograms of the drug, the spokesman said.
He added that all possible measures were being taken to eliminate the menace of narcotics in the city.
Meanwhile, the Cantt Police arrested one person and recovered 20 litres of liquor, while the Waris Khan and Westridge Police held one suspect each and seized 10 litres. The Taxila Police arrested another person and recovered illegal weapons and ammunition
