MUZAFFARGARH , Jul 25 (APP):In line with the vision of Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif, a groundbreaking public service delivery project is being launched in Muzaffargarh district to provide all essential government services directly at citizens’ doorsteps.
This was announced by Deputy Commissioner Usman Tahir Jappa while chairing a meeting of heads of district departments. He said that the initiative was the first of its kind in Punjab and being exclusively launched in Muzaffargarh as a model project.
The DC revealed that under the program, all government departments would operate in the field three days a week to deliver their services at the Union Council level. He said that he himself would accompany teams during field visits to ensure smooth execution.

The project is set to be operational next week, while a complete schedule for the month will be released on Saturday. “This is our responsibility, and we are being paid for this work,” DC Jappa emphasized, directing all departments to immediately submit a comprehensive list of services they can offer so that operational planning can begin without delay.
The meeting was attended by Additional Deputy Commissioner (Revenue) Owaid Irshad Bhatti, Additional Deputy Commissioner (General) Muhammad Yousaf Cheena, CEO Education Mahjabeen, and other senior officers from district departments.
