LAHORE, Jul 11 (APP):The Punjab Safe Cities Authority’s (PSCA), Virtual Centre, successfully reunited a 70-year-old missing elderly woman with her family on Friday.
According to the PSCA spokesperson, the incident began when a citizen at Bhutta Chowk called the helpline 15 and reported finding an elderly woman who appeared to be abandoned and in distress. Acting swiftly, the Mera Pyara team of Safe City, in coordination with local police, arranged for her safe transfer to the Edhi Centre.

After verifying the details and shared photographs, the Mera Pyara team successfully contacted the woman’s daughter. Once the identification was confirmed, police formally handed the woman over to her daughter.
The spokesperson added that citizens are encouraged to report any information about missing individuals by calling the emergency helpline 15 and pressing ‘3’ to connect directly with the Virtual Center for Child Safety.
