PESHAWAR, Nov 18 (APP): Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Sohail Afridi here Tuesday summoned persons with disabilities, sick citizens, and individuals residing in shelter homes to the Chief Minister’s Secretariat and listened to their problems.
Chief Minister heard their issues, and issued directives to the concerned authorities for their immediate resolution.
Special instructions for patients awaiting treatment for eye and heart diseases were issued. He assured citizens of prompt assistance. On this occasion, he also instructed the concerned officials to resolve the issues of persons with disabilities on a priority basis.
Furthermore, Sohail Afridi took immediate notice of the issue raised by a citizen from the shelter home and ordered its resolution.
The Chief Minister said that they have been given the mandate to serve the public, and serving the people of the province is their top priority. He said they are following the path of welfare-oriented governance.
Meanwhile, the topper of the MDCAT also met with the Chief Minister. He praised the student and announced full government sponsorship of the student’s educational expenses. The citizens expressed gratitude to the Chief Minister for his swift action.
