RAWALPINDI, October 17 (APP): The Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Rawalpindi City chapter will hold a special prayer and commemoration ceremony on Saturday, at the party’s city office in Liaquat Bagh, to mark the anniversary of the martyrs of Karsaz and the loyal followers of Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto.
Information Secretary of PPP Rawalpindi City and Member of the PPP Punjab Media Working Group, Raja Muhammad Ali Minhas said that the event will be presided over by PPP Rawalpindi City President Raja Kamran Hussain.
Office-bearers and members of ward committees, union councils, subsidiary wings, candidates for national and provincial assemblies, and local representatives will attend the event.
In his message, Raja Kamran Hussain said that tribute would be paid to the martyrs of Karsaz and the devoted companions of Benazir Bhutto, who laid down their lives for democracy and the party’s ideals.
