PESHAWAR, Jan 24 (APP): The city police successfully recovered an illegally occupied flat and returned it to its rightful owner on Saturday within the jurisdiction of Shaheed Gulfat Hussain Police Station.
The action followed a formal complaint lodged by owner, Nasir-ul-Mulk, who reported that his property had been unlawfully seized by two individuals, identified as Mian Syed Badshah and Aminullah.
Upon receiving the report, Capital City Police Officer (CCPO) Dr. Mian Saeed Ahmed took immediate notice of grievance and issued directives to move against the accused.
Police personnel executed the operation promptly, ensuring illegal occupants were removed and possession was handed back to the petitioner.
Following the recovery of his property, Nasir-ul-Mulk expressed his gratitude to CCPO Dr. Mian Saeed Ahmed and the city police for their swift and effective intervention.
