According to police spokesperson, the suspect was taken into custody during a targeted operation in the jurisdiction of Gujar Khan police station.

Police said the arrested suspect is a habitual offender with a previous criminal record and has allegedly been involved in motorcycle theft and other criminal activities in the past.

SP Saddar Anum Sher said the arrested suspect would be challaned before the court on the basis of solid evidence.

She added that strict action would continue against elements involved in theft and burglary.
