Police arrest proclaimed offender wanted in six murder cases
SUKKUR, Sep 22 (APP):Shikarpur Police have arrested a proclaimed offender wanted in six murder cases as part of an ongoing crackdown against absconders and culprits involved in serious crimes across the district.
According to police spokesperson, acting on the directives of SSP Shikarpur Muhammad Kaleem, Naparkot Police conducted an important operation in the Karmur Laro area and arrested the wanted suspect, identified as Abdul Ghafar Bijarani.
Police said the arrested suspect had been declared a proclaimed offender in six murder cases registered at Naparkot Police Station under Section 302 of the Pakistan Penal Code.
SSP Muhammad Kaleem said bringing criminals involved in serious crimes, including murder, before the law remains a top priority of Shikarpur Police.
He further stated that indiscriminate action against proclaimed offenders and individuals wanted in serious criminal cases would continue across the district.
