PESHAWAR, Jan 20 (APP):Badaber police arrested a man accused of killing his wife during a domestic dispute in Merozai village.
The accused, Abrar, had fled after the incident five days ago.
Following directives from Superintendent of Police (SP) Saddar Division Malik Habib Khan, a special team led by Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Zafar Khan and Station House Officer (SHO) Rafiq Khan tracked and arrested the suspect within 48 hours.
The weapon used in the crime was also recovered.
The victim’s father, Altaf, had filed a complaint at Badaber Police Station. The accused confessed during interrogation, citing domestic conflict as the motive.
