MULTAN, Oct 14 (APP):The Parks and Horticulture Authority (PHA) Multan has launched an extensive beautification and renovation campaign across the city’s parks and greenbelts, aiming to transform urban spaces into vibrant floral displays ahead of the winter season.
Already, fresh blossoms are adorning the Eidgah Greenbelt, where previously planted seedlings have come into full bloom, adding rich color and natural charm to the city’s landscape.
In preparation for winter, soil cultivation and groundwork are underway for the plantation of Marigold seedlings, scheduled for November. The campaign is set to culminate in a spectacular display of Marigold and Chrysanthemum flowers through November and December, delighting residents and visitors alike.
Director General PHA, Kareem Bakhsh, stated that the initiative reflects PHA’s commitment to urban beautification. “By late November and December, citizens will witness a breathtaking festival of colors in Multan’s parks and greenbelts—a celebration of nature and community spirit,” he said.
He added that PHA’s dedicated gardeners are working tirelessly to ensure that the city’s public spaces bloom with life, creating peaceful and attractive environments for all.
With this campaign, PHA Multan reaffirms its mission to enhance urban aesthetics and provide a refreshing, eco-friendly atmosphere that enriches the quality of life in the city.
