ABBOTTABAD, Nov 05 (APP):“Behind every success story lie the tireless efforts and selfless love of our parents and teachers,” Deputy Inspector General of Police, Hazara Region, Nasir Mehmood Satti expressed these views while addressing the annual prize distribution ceremony at a private college as the chief guest.
He said that teachers are guiding lights who inspire young minds to dream big, while parents serve as strong pillars who support and encourage their children at every step. DIG Hazara emphasized that along with education, students must build their character on the foundations of honesty, empathy, and perseverance. “Success may come and go, but integrity and humility will always earn you respect and happiness,” he added.
Encouraging the students, he said their achievements are the result of hard work, discipline, and determination. “You have not only made your parents and teachers proud but also set an example for your fellow students. Do not strive to be the best in the world, but strive to be the best for the world,” he advised.
Earlier, Principal Brigadier (R) Qamar Zaman welcomed the chief guest and briefed him about the institution’s annual performance. The ceremony began with the recitation of the Holy Quran, followed by a bouquet presentation to the DIG by a young student.
At the conclusion of the event, medals, certificates, and shields were distributed among students and teachers who excelled in curricular and co-curricular activities, while DIG Nasir Mehmood Satti congratulated the winners and lauded the efforts of the school administration for organizing a graceful and inspiring ceremony.
