KARACHI, Feb 27 (APP): The Governor of Sindh Muhammed Kamran Khan Tessori on Friday paid tributes to the security forces for their immediate and effective response to unprovoked firing by the Afghan Taliban in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK).
He said that Pakistan is delivering a robust and effective response under the leadership of Field Marshal Asim Munir.
The Air Force and the Army destroyed the enemy’s hideouts, the Governor of Sindh said adding that brave soldiers of the Pakistan Army crushed the arrogance of the Afghan Taliban regime.
Tessori said that the Afghan Taliban regime has been dealt with such a severe blow that they will remember it for a long time.
He said that the Taliban regime should come to its senses even now; otherwise, they will be wiped out, warned the Governor.
“Cross-border terrorism allegedly backed by India will be responded to strongly and effectively”, he remarked.
The Governor said that Pakistan’s armed forces are fully alert and ever ready to safeguard national security.
He said that no compromise will be made on national security and country’s defense will be ensured at all costs.
He further said that the entire nation stands shoulder to shoulder with its brave armed forces and the enemy will face a humiliating defeat as always.
